If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the platform.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, as Affilza does not permit individuals under this age to register or participate in affiliate activities.
Additionally, your use of Affilza is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to understand your rights and how we handle your information.

Affilza welcomes both publishers and advertisers worldwide, ensuring an inclusive and accessible affiliate network. For publishers, there are no strict requirements regarding website traffic or social media following. However, they must operate an active and functional platform, such as a website, blog, social media page, or mobile app, with original and ethical content. Prohibited content includes plagiarism, misleading claims, explicit adult material, hate speech, and illegal activities. For advertisers, businesses must be legitimate, verifiable, and compliant with ethical and legal standards. Restricted categories include counterfeit products, gambling, tobacco, illegal substances, and unregulated health supplements. Advertisers must also have a functional website or platform capable of integrating Affilza’s tracking technology.
All applicants undergo a 3-5 business day review process. Upon submission, applications are screened for basic compliance before undergoing manual review. Publishers are evaluated based on content quality and ethical compliance, while advertisers must verify their business legitimacy and tracking capabilities. Approved accounts receive immediate access to the affiliate dashboard, while denied applicants may reapply after addressing the reasons for rejection. Affilza also conducts periodic compliance checks to ensure all participants adhere to network standards, with violations potentially leading to warnings, suspensions, or account termination.
Affilza ensures that only legitimate, ethical, and high-quality brands are listed on the platform. To be approved, brands must be legally registered, offer genuine products or services, maintain transparent pricing, and comply with industry regulations. Misleading claims, false advertising, or unethical upselling are strictly prohibited. Additionally, brands must support proper affiliate tracking and commit to timely commission payments to affiliates. Affilza does not allow offers related to counterfeit goods, pyramid schemes, deceptive financial products, unregulated health claims, illegal gambling, or unauthorized billing practices. Regular compliance checks are conducted, and brands failing to meet these standards may be removed from the platform.
Affilza follows a performance-based payment model, ensuring that publishers receive commissions only after brands have successfully processed payments to Affilza. Payouts are made on a net-30 basis, meaning payments are released 30 days after the end of the billing cycle, provided the advertiser has cleared all dues.
To withdraw earnings, publishers must meet the minimum payout threshold of $100. Payments are processed through multiple methods, including bank transfers, PayPal, Payoneer, and cryptocurrency (where applicable). Transaction fees may vary based on the selected method. If the minimum threshold is not met, earnings roll over to the next payment cycle. Affilza is not responsible for delayed payments caused by advertisers, but publishers can track pending commissions through their dashboard.
Affilza ensures transparent commission tracking by categorizing earnings as either Approved Commissions or Declined Commissions based on advertiser validation.
A commission is considered approved when the advertiser confirms that a referred sale, lead, or action was valid, completed, and not subject to refund or fraud. Once approved, the commission becomes eligible for payout based on Affilza’s payment schedule.
A commission may be declined if it is found to be invalid, fraudulent, or non-compliant with the advertiser's terms. Common reasons for declined commissions include:
Affilza works closely with advertisers to ensure fair commission approvals, and publishers can monitor their commission status in real-time via the dashboard.
Affilza maintains high standards for publishers to ensure ethical and effective promotions. Publishers must comply with strict content and marketing guidelines to maintain a fair and trustworthy affiliate ecosystem.
Publishers are not allowed to run paid ads (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or native ads) that directly promote affiliate links without prior approval from Affilza or the advertiser. Unauthorized paid advertising may lead to commission reversals or account suspension.
All promotional content must be high-quality, relevant, and free from misleading tactics. Publishers are prohibited from:
Publishers must clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines). Promotions should be genuine, informative, and user-friendly, ensuring an authentic experience for customers. Any violation of these guidelines may result in commission denial, traffic bans, or account termination. Affilza conducts regular compliance checks to uphold the integrity of the network.
Affilza uses advanced tracking technology to ensure accurate measurement of clicks, conversions, and commissions. All affiliate links are embedded with unique tracking codes, allowing real-time monitoring of user actions, including clicks, sign-ups, and purchases. Conversions are validated through tracking pixels, postbacks, or API integrations, ensuring transparent and reliable reporting for publishers and advertisers.
Publishers can access their performance data in real-time via the Affilza dashboard, including detailed reports on traffic sources, conversions, and earnings. The system automatically attributes commissions based on last-click attribution, unless otherwise specified by the advertiser.
If a publisher believes a conversion was not tracked correctly, they may submit a tracking dispute within 30 days of the transaction. Advertisers will review the dispute based on server logs and tracking data. However, Affilza is not responsible for lost commissions due to ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or user privacy settings that prevent tracking. Final decisions on disputes rest with the advertiser, and repeated discrepancies may lead to further tracking audits to maintain network integrity.
Affilza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate network policies, ensuring a fair and compliant affiliate ecosystem.
Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for the following reasons:
If an account is terminated due to policy violations, the publisher forfeits any unpaid commissions, and all active partnerships are revoked. Suspended publishers may be given the opportunity to appeal or correct violations, depending on the severity of the breach. Repeated or severe infractions will lead to permanent account closure, with no possibility of reinstatement.
Affilza acts as a facilitator between publishers and advertisers and is not liable for disputes, performance issues, or damages arising from affiliate activities.
Affilza does not guarantee earnings, traffic quality, or advertiser payments, as all transactions depend on the agreements between publishers and advertisers. The platform is not responsible for technical issues, tracking discrepancies, or commission disputes beyond its control. Affilza shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, data breaches, or operational downtime.
Publishers and advertisers must ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and contractual obligations. Publishers are responsible for truthful and non-deceptive promotions, while advertisers must honor commission payouts and provide accurate tracking. Both parties agree to indemnify and hold Affilza harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from non-compliance, misrepresentation, or regulatory violations. Any legal disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties, with Affilza serving only as a neutral intermediary.
All agreements and activities on Affilza are governed by the laws of the United States, or the jurisdiction specified in the advertiser’s or publisher’s agreement. Any legal disputes arising from the use of Affilza’s platform must be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Affilza encourages amicable resolution of disputes between publishers and advertisers. In the event of a dispute:
