As a long time, successful distributor of houseware products, Ed was very familiar with the retail environment. Convinced that the existing, unused "DEAD SPACE" along the edges of retail shelves across the country could be transformed into "Prime Display Space," he began an extensive research campaign and ultimately, developed the first merchandising strip - The Clip Strip® Brand Merchandising Strip. Terms and Conditions We do not allow trademark bidding unless approved in writing. We do not allow paid search direct linking unless approved in writing. We allow certain downloadable software partners to join our program. We allow email marketing. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and must contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions. Coupon/Offer Code Policy - Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Ascend affiliate program. Please note that sales containing a code that is not provided directly by us or is not listed within Ascend may be subject to commission reversals and may result in your removal from the program.

Program restrictions

  Trademark or brand bidding is not allowed.

  Direct linking to the advertiser’s site is prohibited.

  Adult content promotion is strictly forbidden.

  Email or SMS marketing requires prior approval.

• 

  Coupon and deal site promotion needs advertiser approval.

• 

  Paid social ads using brand name are not allowed without approval.

• 

  Incentivized traffic is not permitted unless approved.

• 

  Targeted ads using brand or competitor keywords need approval.

• 

  Pop-up, pop-under, and click-under ads are not allowed.

• 

  No promotion via adult, gambling, or illegal content sites.

• 

  Content must be accurate and comply with all laws and guidelines.

• 

  Cookie stuffing or any deceptive tracking methods are banned.

• 

  Only approved regions and channels can be used for promotion.

• 

  Commissions apply only to valid and confirmed transactions.

• 

  Advertiser may review or remove affiliates at any time.
